A trendy and chic hotel located ideally in a safe yet well situated area of Lisbon. We loved how warm and friendly the staff were - from greeting us and providing suggestions when we spoke with them. The breakfast was delicious! From fresh pastries to a la carte selections. My only hesitation about the hotel is the smallness of the room. The bed was soft and perfect but took up most of the space such that one could not have two open suitcases in the room at the same time - and I even booked a standard sized hotel. I never felt unsafe walking around at night to/from the hotel. We didn’t have to try dinner but the dining room was positively buzzing whenever we walked by - a very good sign!

Beautiful hotel with great staff! We were staying there for one week in late July and it was fantastic. We got one of the rooms with a terrace which I can recommend. We loved the atmosphere at the hotel with so many plants and artwork everywhere. The fact that there was a pool where you can relax in the afternoon was definitely a highlight. But the breakfast at the pool was also memorable. The welcome team and the restaurant staff were great, too. I will definitely come back again next time I visit Lisbon.

I'm leaving two reviews: 1) restaurant and 2) hotel. 1) Ate the pork steak last night and got the worst food poisoning that I've had in a very long time. As I was paying, the sweats and nausea started. I barely made it to my room after passing out in the corridor for a few minutes. I'll spare you the details but needless to say I was vomiting and sitting on the toilet on and off all night. Bottom line: avoid the restaurant. The food was lackluster and it's not worth risk. 2) Hotel is decent but overpriced. Room is quite small. Bed is comfortable. When you shower the water gets all over the bathroom floor. I think you can get similar quality for about 2/3 of the price in Lisbon based on my past experience. The staff were very friendly.

I am always skeptical of hotels with really high ratings, but if you are reading this, don't be. This hotel is just that good! It's an unassuming little hotel tucked away. It's a boutique hotel and comes with a ton of character (and instagrammable opportunities). We came here with a toddler who is very active and were worried about how kid friendly the hotel would be. But I gotta say, it was amazing. All of the staff were warm, friendly and attentive. I can't say enough about each and every one of them! Everyone got to know our little one and it was a pleasure being there. The restaurant is great and I loved their lobby bar. It's one of those places you come to even if you are not staying at the hotel. The hotel is very well placed on the outskirts of the old town and a 10 minute walk or trolley to top of the hill with a great view. Perfect location, we also came from the airport on metro with no issues. Biggest star for this hotel however, was if you are a parent. Our toddler was jet-lagged and very active, so at 5am I found myself entertaining her in the lobby. The staff was amazing, they gave me the keys to the yoga studio and the little one had a blast playing and using up her energy in the mornings. Super accomodating. Loved this hotel and will stay here again in a heartbeat!

An amazing hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are clean and well-designed, though they might feel a bit cramped if you have a lot of luggage. The breakfast was outstanding, offering both buffet and à la carte options that were tasty and of excellent quality. However, the standout feature of the hotel was the exceptional service. From check-in to check-out, the staff, especially Vera and Maria, went above and beyond.
